JRS Employee Well-Being Policy
January 2020

As a staff care intern, MSW student, and ISWS social work volunteer, Ms. Kailey Cano was placed in charge of analyzing Jesuit Refugee Service’s (JRS) Employee Well-being Policy. It was created in partnership with Boston College School of Social Work and Global Service Interns.

Based in Rome, Italy, the Employee Well-being Policy is the foundation of the newly created Employee Well-Being Program that has been launched globally at JRS locations around the world. Ms. Cano’s main task was to read and analyze the policy to create an employee well-being policy user guide. Upon completion, the guide will be translated into many different languages for the training of the JRS staff in their many satellite offices.
